At Blackhunter Archery, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Below are the details of our current shipping process:

Fulfillment Location

All orders are processed and shipped from our dedicated fulfillment center in Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Method

We use Australia Post International Express for all shipments.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days

Shipping Cost: Free – regardless of the number of items ordered

Please note that while we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Shipping Conditions

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times or may require collection from a local depot.

Blackhunter Archery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Blackhunter Archery shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or missed opportunities resulting from shipping delays or delivery issues.

Order Modifications and Issues

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@blackhunterarchery.com.
If your tracking shows the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist you further.

Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, heat exposure, or theft after the item has been delivered.
