Starting from January 1, 2026, all orders shipped to the United States will be fulfilled directly from our USA (Georgia) Warehouse, ensuring faster delivery and improved service.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times or require collection from a local depot.

Order Modifications and Issues

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@blackhunterarchery.com.
If your tracking shows the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist you further.

Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, heat exposure, or theft after the item has been delivered.
